Their is a saying, “it takes a village to raise a child” that could also be applied to chocolate, “it takes a village to raise a chocolate.” Here at The Chocolate Fetish each delectable morsel is the result of long hours of research and development as well as the time and care it takes to make each piece by hand. The finished product is the result of hours of labor from the farmer that grew the bean to the person that dipped the center in molten chocolate, to the smiling face behind the counter that helped you select that perfect for you piece. While we may not be able to introduce you to everyone that makes our delicious treats possible, here is a look at some of the key players.
Sue and Bill Foley
Sue and Bill Foley purchased The Chocolate Fetish in 2001 bringing to it a passion for fine food and a lifetime of world travel. They have traveled the world in search of the finest chocolates including years spent living in Brussels, Belgium and extensive touring of chocolate shops and manufacturers in Europe.
